Rita Vartoukian is a solicitor with over ten years' experience working in the City with large multinational clients.
She attended The Lady Eleanor Holles School where she was an academic scholar. She graduated in 1993 with a BSc. Honours degree in Psychology and in 1994 she gained a postgraduate law degree at the College of Law, qualifying as a solicitor in 1997.
Rita is an Associate at the City law firm Wragge & Co in London and is a specialist in commercial property. She acts for several institutional clients, pension funds and property companies on large scale property transactions, advising on the acquisition, disposal and development of all types of commercial property and also on commercial landlord and tenant law. Prior to joining Wragge & Co, she spent four years as an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (2000-2004) and three years at Field Fisher Waterhouse (1997-2000).
In addition to the Saint Sarkis Charity Trust, Rita is also a trustee of the Benlian Trust and Essefian Trust. She has also been involved in various Armenian associations, both in the UK and overseas, and has been active in a number of fundraising events. Rita is also on the Committee of the British Armenian Lawyers' Association.
