The Armenian Church of Saint Sarkis Charity was established by Calouste Sarkis Gulbenkian in a Trust Deed dated 18th September 1937. The Charity is responsible for the management of the activities of the Armenian Church of Saint Sarkis in London and of the Nevarte Gulbenkian Church Hall adjacent to the Church.
The objects of the Charity are to permit the Church to be used, occupied and enjoyed as a place of public worship by members of the Armenian Church in England and for a residence for the Clergyman.
